If you're having trouble connecting your account, please check the following: 

  • Make sure Two Factor Authentication is disabled. See how
  • Make sure you accepted the connection on the Instagram App. (see below)

Some Instagram accounts do require one additional verification step.
After you enter the correct username & password combination, go to the Instagram App and tap the "This Was Me" button in order to establish your connection to SocialCaptain.
